Payment at Front Desk

Please note that our website does not process payments at this time. All reservations made through this website are intended to secure your room. The total balance of your stay must be paid in full upon arrival at the Hotel Front Desk.

Cancellation Policy

Since no payment is collected at the time of booking, we kindly ask for your cooperation to keep our operations running smoothly:

• Standard Cancellation: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.

Refunds

Since all payments are made directly at the hotel, any requests for refunds must be handled in person at the Front Desk during your stay. Refunds are subject to management approval and the specific terms of your booking.
